    Book Description

Sustaining Loss explores the uncanny, traumatic weaving together of the living and the dead in art, and the morbid fascination it holds for modern philosophical aesthetics. Beginning with Kant, the author traces how aesthetic theory has been drawn back repeatedly to the moving power of the undead body of the work of art. He locates the most potent expressions of this philosophical compulsion in Hegel’s thesis that art is a thing of the past, and in Freud’s view that the work of art is the haunting of the present by the endless suffering of what is dead but still has claims over the living.

The book asserts that modern aesthetics holds the key to unlocking the tortured relation of modernity to the past it is perpetually leaving behind. As the capacity to withstand the inescapable force of a past that is dead for us becomes the supreme test for a fully modern, fully secular philosophy, aesthetics moves to the center of philosophical reflection. But, the author argues, this secular philosophical orientation can be sustained only if aesthetic theory remains oriented by intimate contact with modernist works of art.

Sustaining Loss examines not only Kant, Hegel, and Freud, but also the contemporary artists Gerhard Richter and Ilya Kabakov, whose art turns fruitfully against art’s own past. To live as a modern, the author asserts, is to live with the dead past that modernist art ceaselessly disgorges. Overall, the book aims to articulate an aesthetic theory suitable to the task of living in a time when, in Flannery O’Connor’s words, “The blind don’t see and the lame don’t walk, and what’s dead stays that way.”

    Book Description

At last, Che on Che! Discover the personal side of the legendary Che Guevara in a way never before revealed to the world. This book includes many unpublished short stories and poems written to his wife and children, as well as photos from the Guevara family album, showing a surprisingly sensitive and artistic side to a man often seen as a hard-line revolutionary.

An enthusiastic amateur photographer, Che's self-portraits are a stunning feature of this selection along with some beautiful short stories, poems, and personal letters, which have just been released from his family's personal archives. Among the innumerable biographies and photo books on Che, this large format, attractively designed book is unique.

Edited by prominent Latin American poet and intellectual Victor Casaus, with the assistance of Che's widow and children.

Publication is planned to coincide with two new Che films (Robert Redford's film on The Motorcycle Diaries and a Steven Soderbergh biopic).

3 out of 5 stars Not quite what I had expected.......2007-08-01

I purchased Self Portrait because it sounded like a good biography/autobiography of Che Guevara. What the book actually is is a coffee table book, with small excerpts from Che's diaries and letters and commentary by the editor, Victor Casaus. It seems in some parts of the book that Casaus is more the author and that his words fill the pages more than Guevara's. This book has great photos of Guevara and it decorates my coffee table quite nicely, but if you are looking for a good history of Guevara, look elsewhere.

4 out of 5 stars My Review on Self Portrait By Che Guevara.......2005-09-13

A very interesting way of portraying the Cuban hero through pictures. My one criticism is that the pictures at the end of the book are not captioned to tell us what they are or when they were taken.

5 out of 5 stars Che on Che.......2005-04-07

This is a magnificent book... people might say that is pro-cuban biography but what we really have here is Che like the way he was... If you really want to know che this is the book you should be reading, pay no attention to the "gusanos" (the exiles from Miami that don't deserve to be called cubans)who don't like Che becuase he is a better man that all those "gusanos" put together... The reason Che will be present today and tomorrow is because his only dream was to liberate people all over the world without caring about skin color.
    Hasta la victoria siempre!!!
    Muerte a los "gusanos"!!!!

5 out of 5 stars A Beautiful Book of Memoirs.......2005-03-20

If you are tired of the same books on Che Guevara, this is the different book. Formed by texts and images based upon Che's own life it follows mainly the same path of its biographers but in such a beautiful way it made his own daughter Aleyda (who rarely saw him) exclaim: "the photos in this book are so magnificent you feel a desire for kissing him, embracing him and keep talking to him" (she means with his own personal texts based in his own testimony).

The selection, prepared on the first hand with the remembrance of a lost love (by his widow) and on the other, by the professional eye of Victor Casaus (a Cuban cinematographer who had been many times a judge on international film competitions) you can follow Dr. Guevara from his childhood, young age, his travels, the Sierra Maestra up to his last days in Bolivia.

Sorry, no Christ figure photo (in the words of its own editor). Keep in mind this is a pro-Cuban Government book so you instead will find Fidel, but judge by yourself. My only last opinion is that if this people can produce such a book in a system so full of censorship, I do wonder what they can achieve in liberty!

5 out of 5 stars Sasara: a heroine other manga authors could learn something from.......2007-08-29

How can i convince you: the purchaser of manga, the one with a credit card to begin colleting this manga? What if i just said...OMG THIS MANGA IS FREAKIN AWESOME YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Maybe you need more convincing than that. i mean it is atleast 26 volumes. and there are so many options these days it's hard to know what to buy, i've made mistakes lately too based on the exuberant exclamations of reviewers on this site. but i can honestly tell you who will love this book and who wont.

If you;re an older audience you will appreciate this manga.
If you like fantasy adventure you wil like this manga.
If you like complicated romances you will like this manga.
If you like strong, intelligent female leads who fight their own battles you will like this manga.
If you don't mind older works you will certainly not mind this one.
If you like manga that pulls you in, grabs your heart and never lets go...you will like this manga.
One of the most popular manga's of 90s and for a reason.

      I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS BOOK.

      5 out of 5 stars Truly epic.......2006-04-25

A series has to be something special for me to invest in buying the manga... particularly when, at cover price, the cost will ultimately be over $250. O_o
Basara is that special. It is an epic story with believeable characters that you really become attached to. It moves quickly, but not so fast that it sacrafices the details and moments that flesh out the feeling of a scene. With a healthy mix of action, intrigue, and romance, one is easily caught up what is an amazing and beautiful story.

5 out of 5 stars Ignore the "Ugly Art" Comments........2006-04-24

Although the art isn't your typical fluffy art, it is by no means ugly or unattractive. I think the people reviewing this comic have spent too much time eating sugar-coated candy and reading over-decorated comics. Calling Tamura's art anything short of "amazing" is insulting and inaccurate.

Also keep in mind that this comic was made several years ago, meaning there's a generational gap in artistic trends. The art style is raw, skillful, and radiates the epic tone of this series. I hope to see the rest come out here in the US. The story is great and not a single volume falls flat, not even up to volume 27.

If you want a story that hits you deep in the heart, BASARA is for you. There is deep social, romantic, political, and even spiritual commentary and meaning in this comic. It is a masterpiece and truly exceeds the medium it is written in.

      5 out of 5 stars Engaging series.......2005-04-09

Basara is perhaps my absolute favorite manga. The art may not be the most stunning, but the characters and story are excellent. I had seen the anime series years ago before the manga was released here. I enjoyed the series bu forgot about it until I was watching the movie 'Whale rider', I was reminded of Basara. I immediately went out and bought the available volumes and have been addicted ever since. I will not go on to describe the series here, but I would highly recommend Basara to anyone who enjoys a good story (also a great love story). The main character is neither whiny nor weak and Yumi Tamura weaves her tale so wonderfully.

5 out of 5 stars Not your typical shoujo heroine.......2004-09-16

Basara is not your typical shoujo manga, and Sarasa is a very atypical shoujo heroine. I was initially attracted to this series through the anime. I had read a review in which someone mentioned that it was a shame that not all of the manga volumes were animated. Having seen the anime, and now having started on the manga, I find that I am in agreement. When Sarasa and her twin brother Tatara were born in their village, the prophet Nagi declared "here is the child of destiny". Of course, everyone assumed they meant Tatara. Sarasa grew up in his shadow, with nobody expecting very much from her, and everyone expecting Tatara to lead them to salvation.

When Tatara is killed and Byakko village decimated by the forces of the Red King, Sarasa takes up Tatara's name and guise to exact revenge. This volume chronicles her attempt to reclaim the sword of Byakko, which had belonged to Tatara and which her female hand was previously never allowed to "defile", as well as a couple more attempts to strike at the Red King's forces.

The supporting cast, particularly Ageha and Shuri, is interesting, and the secrets concerning their histories are doled out very sparingly. The art is sometimes a little odd (I find the blurry eyes rather distracting), but I completely adore how Tamura-sensei draws little kids. This series (and the anime if you can find it) is highly recommended.

      Book Description

For nearly fifty years, the Popeil Brothers' and Ronco's high-energy commercials have been familiar intruders into the living rooms of America-and most homes bear evidence of their seductive visits. Countless VegOMatics, SealAMeals, Kitchen Magicians, Pocket Fishermen, and other gadgets sit tucked away in many a cupboard, giving silent testimony to the power of their broadcast salesmanship. This dynamic, colorful, and amusing volume tells the classic rags to riches story of this fascinating business whose name has become synonymous with the word "gadget." Through a witty, informative text complemented by a wealth of colorful vintage advertisements, stunning product package art, and photography that cooks, business students, graphic and industrial design mavens, and fans of popular culture will love, this book examines the inventiveness and ubiquity of Popeil products through a range of special visual and editorial features. These include: an encapsulated history of the company; annotated celbycel recreations of the most popular commercials; amusing anecdotes about the inventions; transcripts of the alluring, rapidfire sales pitches; humorous quotes; and entertaining facts.

Just like the inventions themselves, this volume is "amazing!"

      Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars A walk down memory lane viewing the many O'Matics........2006-11-28

The commercials were furious in the speed of their delivery and at least a few decibels louder than the shows they sponsored. Each of them pitched one or more "inexpensive" gadgets that were "guaranteed" to make some task in your life simpler. The products they demonstrated were "Ronco" and "Popeil", and they still resonate through my long-term memory decades after they ceased to be aired. And I also must confess that I did buy a few of their products to use as Christmas gifts.
The late, great Johnny Carson used the commercials as a model for his "Art Fern" character on the "Tonight" show. His beautiful sidekick Carol Wayne made him appear even funnier because she was so soft and sedate compared to his hyperkinetic delivery.
This book is the story of the people who created the products and what the products were. Without question, the highlights of the book are the pictures of the products and the captions explaining them. Starting on page 51 you see

      *) The Chop-O-Matic
      *) The Dial-O-Matic
      *) The Veg-O-Matic
      *) The Corn-O-Matic
      *) The Mince-O-Matic
      *) The Peel-O-Matic
      *) The Whip-O-Matic

Ah, the memories this brings back!
However, my favorite gadget of all is the "Popeil Sit-On Trash Compactor." It is exactly what the name implies. You placed a garbage bag in the device and then when it was full, you literally sat on a plunger that compressed the garbage. No electricity was needed, just a hard and ample behind.
If you were old enough to understand television in the late sixties and seventies, then you could not have avoided seeing the "Ronco" and "Popeil" commercials. Reading this book is a way to travel back in time and revisit some of the most amusing pop culture and commercialism of the era.

4 out of 5 stars Read it for what it is........2006-02-15

I see that many reviewers, rather than reviewing the book, are choosing this forum to indict Ron Popeil. Let me preface by saying that I am NOT a blubbering couch potato who buys any gadget that is zestfully presented on an infomercial. In fact, most of them drive me nuts. That being said, I cannot bring myself to say anything disparaging about Ron Popeil. He is who he is, a gifted inventor and a charismatic salesman.

The publisher's review makes reference to gadgets sitting silently in a closet. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. I still use my Pocket Fisherman I bought in the '60s. My Showtime Rotisserie cooks delicious meals for my family. And although better tools have come along since, even my Veg-O-Matic served a long and useful life. I have Ron's knives and while they are not the pretentious (and expensive) "French Chef" knives my daughter has, they stay sharp and are very utilitarian. I could go on, but suffice to say that EVERY one of Ron's products has worked as advertised and are as robust as advertised. That is not to say that every gadget Ron invented or improved was a great idea (e.g. egg scrambler), but he had the will and nerve to make them and put them out there. This is no small feat, as any inventor or developer will tell you.

But then, this IS about the book, isnt it? The author did perhaps used a little literary license when crediting Ron. But, like BASF, even if he didn't originate all these ideas, he MADE THEM BETTER! I found the book to be a welecome walk down memory lane. It was well laid out and informative. Don't pick this book apart when you read it. Look to it rather for the entertainment value, much as many of us look to Ron's infomercials.

      4 out of 5 stars A funky look back.......2004-07-09

This bright and colorful book is a great, easy read and guaranteed to make the reader smile. (or your money back?) It doesn't pretend to be anything more than it is....a look at the enormous success of the Popeil family over many decades and the dozens of products associated with them. The star, of course, is Ron Popeil and when I see him on a TV infomercial hawking the Showtime Rotisserie he ALMOST makes be believe I should buy one.

The author, Timothy Samuelson, introduces the Popeil family and neither minces words about the inter-family problems nor the bankruptcy Ronco was forced into in 1984. Yet, this book is really a walk down memory lane for those of us old enough to remember the chop-o-matic and the veg-o-matic. The book's illustrations (mostly photos and drawings of past products) are terrific and my only real criticism is the use of annoyingly small narrative print.

Lastly, "But, Wait! There's More!" is a testament to the staying power of Ron Popeil. An ingenious inventor, he has re-invented himself many times over....and he's still out there trying to convince us (...)

1 out of 5 stars Popeil the truth stretcher!.......2003-03-16

Popeil surely has a place in gadgetmania history, but to take credit for the work of others is an insult to the reader. Most TV gurus know that even the title " but wait theres more " is the work of the GINSU Guys. If we can't even believe the title, perhaps we shouldn't trust much after we open it. Despite Ron's attempt to take credit for just about everything except the discovery of the polio shot, I found this book amusing. But only if I were to buy it from " Buck a book"

5 out of 5 stars The story of the O-Matic boys........2002-12-21

An interesting, visually exuberant, book about Ronco and the Popeil family. Essentially the book is a twenty-four page essay by author Samuelson with the remainder of the pages taken up with pictures and captions describing the various products they sold on TV.

Samuelson writes a rather sympathetic history of the Popeil's and the bizarre collection of household wares they pitched to gullible consumers, who can forget the 'inside-the-shell egg scrambler' (1978) or the 'GLH formula number 9 hair system' (1992) most likely everyone who bought them. He also writes that the products had 'unusually high quality product design', looking through the photos of the products this judgement seems way over-the-top. Still, folks bought this stuff by the million thanks to Ron Popeil's excellent marketing hype and fast pitched delivery. This came about because the FCC limited TV commercials to two minutes or less and the Popeil's had honed their pitch for the Veg-O-Matic (1956) to four minutes and could not bear to leave anything out so the only answer was to speak faster.

I was surprised by the design of the book, square in shape with three large circular holes in the cover (they reveal three photos on the first page) and pages of product photos, vintage ads, stills from TV commercials, colored panels and text all mixed up but in a nicely controlled way. There is an index in the back. But, wait! There's more, although this book concentrates on Ronco and the Popeil's you can see a whole load more (dubious) TV advertised products in 'As Seen On TV' by Lou Harry and Sam Stall.

Don't forget, never say battery operated, it's cordless electric. Isn't that amazing!

      Book Description

The latent symbolism in film imagery can be psychoanalyzed just like the imagery in dreams. This work applies to film the psychoanalytic techniques of Sigmund Freud, Erik Erikson, Carl Jung, Alfred Adler, Joseph Campbell, Otto Rank and Rollo May, providing a fundamental understanding of film symbols and structure. It offers a comprehensive and eclectic approach to film analysis, using a broad variety of theories and examples from both classic and contemporary movies, from Dracula (1930) to American Beauty (1999). The final chapter applies all the previously discussed techniques to one film, Malcolm X (1992). The work boasts a filmography and bibliography and is illustrated with film stills.

5 out of 5 stars Another interesting book by the same author........2005-03-26

I recently read Indick's "Psychology for Screenwriters" and enjoyed it, so I took a chance and bought this book. Though some of the same theories are covered, Indick actually takes a very different perspective in this one, approaching movies from a film analysis approach rather than from the point of view of the writer. It's an excellent companion to "Psych for Screenwriters," or just on its own. There were also some very original psychoanalytic takes on the religious symbolism in movies, the female hero in Disney pictures and the psychosexual aspects of monsters in horror movies. Also, the chapters on Carl Jung's archetypes and Otto Rank's "Myth of the Birth of the Hero" really helped me understand Joseph Campbell's theory of the "Hero's Journey" a lot better. All in all, a very worthwhile book for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of film.

      5 out of 5 stars Dangerous book!!!.......2002-11-10

This book is riveting. I label it dangerous, because after you'ver read it, you will be compelled to go out and spend all kinds of money seeking out records from all the bands that are spoken of in the book. Nothing is missing. Concerts that I attended are there with dates, times and copies of ticket stubbs. You thought you knew who played for who...........then you read this. Fascinating.

      5 out of 5 stars Punk Diary.......2002-04-30

Getting this book is like striking gold for anyone who loves punk rock. It's a treasure-trove of information, in meticulous order. This is the kind of book you can open randomly at any page and just start reading. The author really did his homework. If you want to learn more about punk, you can definitely get the information reading this book.

4 out of 5 stars George Gimarc is one of my heroes.......2001-06-14

I routinely taped his radio program "Rock and Roll Alternative" in the late 70s to early 80s. He was always introducing new songs and educating me about the new music going on. If one of the new bands happened to be in town he almost always had them in the studio for an interview. This book is a great retrospective on that period of my life.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent rock trivia book!.......1999-07-23

Anyone interested in the history of Rock should get this book. It's written in chronological order, and I found myself spending hours following the intricate relationships between the various bands.

5 out of 5 stars Looking for the definitive Punk History of the 1970s?.......1998-12-12

Unlike any other book on the market about the Punk Rock revolution. It can be read cover to cover (as I did!) or you can pick and choose the entries searching for information on your favorite bands. If you are a music enthusiast, this book is definitely for you. It has all the stories on ALL of the bands whether they were comercially successful or not. Perhaps the best thing about the book is the excellent CD that comes with it. I can't wait to read the follow up!

      Book Description

From its beginnings at World's End, King's Road, London, where Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood turned art into fashion and fashion into life from their shop SEX, punk sent shock waves of anarchistic music, attitude, fashion, and style through Europe, the United States, and beyond with a force that is still at work at the end of the century. Nils and Ray Stevenson were there from the start. More graphically than any other writer, Nils traces the roots of the experience that lay at the heart of punk: "We had no regard for 'authenticity.' We owned it and we manipulated it with an irreverence that was previously unheard of. . . . Punk was a cage to go wild in." The raucous reality of the unfolding story is recreated month by month in Ray's riveting photographs, accompanied by his brother's startlingly frank diary entries and handwritten comments from others who were part of the scene. McLaren and Westwood, the Sex Pistols, Siouxsie and the Banshees, the Clash, the Buzzcocks, the Slits, the Stranglers, and their fellow renegades from across the Atlantic--Richard Hell, the New York Dolls, Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, and Debbie Harry--all come alive and kicking off the page. The first book to capture the immediacy and excitement of the original punk, this is a must-buy for all fans of punk, neo-punk, and the distinctive British music and fashion scenes.

5 out of 5 stars Slice of Life.......2002-07-15

This book is an excellent photo journal of the early Britpunk era. As the writer was the early manager of Siouxsie and the Banshees, he has included many pics of Siouxsie, along with all the major people during the scene back then. I think this book is a good companion not to "Please Kill Me" (as a previous reviewer mentioned) but to Jon Savage's "England's Dreaming". I say this because Savage's book is all about the British punk scene during the late 70's and he talks about all of the people who appear in photo form (and write their own little notes) in "Vacant"; "Please Kill Me" is really about the American punk scene which was totally different. I agree that Nils Stevenson's journal entries are a little disjointed and don't always connect with the photos being shown, but it doesn't seem to matter all that much because many of the people he mentions are pictured more than once in the book anyway. The quality of the photos, even the live concert shots, are exquisite. The still shots are crisp, with detail that makes them look like they were taken just yesterday. I definitely recommend this book for people interested in the early British punk scene; the photos alone are well-worth the price of the book!

4 out of 5 stars Great Book For Those Interested In Brit Punk and Photography.......2002-01-03

This book is a great one if your into the '77 sound of the early british punk scene. It's a great companion to the Punk magazine book and "Please Kill Me." It seems to be a bit more honest than "Please Kill Me" and less pretenious also (though I still enjoy "Please Kill Me"). The photographs that accompany the text of the diary are great and really show the shoot from the hip attitude that punk music and art had at the time. I would recommend this book for young kids first getting into punk as a primer on the who's who, and also to old timers to get a glipse at their long loved heroes.

5 out of 5 stars Oh so pretty!.......2000-10-19

A nice addition to the recent explosion of books on punk. With the loverly image of young Sue Catwoman gracing the cover (a cool parody of "Vogue" magazine), you know the publishers are appealing to those already in the know about UK punk. Brothers Nils and Ray Stevenson were chroniclers of this demi-monde, now over twenty years old, and in their words and pictures capture the era.

Color and b/w photos abound, with glorious portraits of all the guilty parties, from the usual suspects like Johnny R, Sid, Siouxsie, & Poly Styrene, to the fringe characters like Debbie Wilson, Linda the dominatrix and Helen Wellington-Lloyd. Nils' diary entries start February 1976 and close August '80 (hanging out with the Banshees on a California beach). In between comes all the mayhem, the excitement, and the wonderful creative, anarchic energy that is true punk rock.

Look how young they all are! Sigh. It's amazing that these kids were between 16 and 20 years old and changed pop music so drastically. It's fun to read the contemporary handwritten comments written about those days by the folks involved. You just know that their lives were forever altered by these couple years.

There's a good intro that traces the roots of punk, from the mods and rockers of the sixties to the teddy boys of the early seventies to Malcolm's shop Sex. This book will go nicely on the shelf with "England's Dreaming," "Rotten," and "Blank Generation." It's not for the casual fan of punk, but for the true fan.

4 out of 5 stars Ageless style when people could still be shocked........1999-07-19

Wow what a book. I once had a scary pet rock that had a mohawk. It brought me back two decades.

4 out of 5 stars Punk before the pretension!.......1999-07-15

This is a thoroughly enjoyable romp through the formative years of punk in the UK, courtesy of Nils' journal entries, and more importantly, through excellent photographs. In many ways this book makes the whole original punk scene/moment look not only incredibly avant garde, but also very disturbingly beautiful and innocent (in a deranged way of course--excluding the junkie tendencies of many of the characters...). My only complaint is that I wish the book were a bit meatier text-wise. The photos compensate for this slightness in text--candid, unstaged photos of Johnny Rotten, Siouxsie et.al. in all their shock glamor splendor.

WWII saw the development of a huge range of armed and unarmed military vehicles - anti-aircraft gun platforms, ambulances, artillery tractors, fuel bowsers, jeeps, trucks and troop carriers – these are essential for use in many dioramas and vignettes.

5 out of 5 stars An Enjoyable Book.......2002-03-08

This is a good source of tips and hits for an under-covered aspect of military modeling. Most military modeling books cover aircraft, armor or figures. This one covers the other stuff: trucks, jeeps, fuel bowsers, etc. But more importantly, it is full of useful examples of scratchbuilding, conversion, and painting. Veteran armor modelers may already be familiar with much of the information in the book, but less advanced modelers (like me) will benefit greatly. I would definitely purchase this again for my modeling library.

3 out of 5 stars An academic but useful view of social entreprenuers.......2007-09-23

Its a good and useful book. For me it affirmed what I am already doing is on track so I guess it didn't teach me more, but knowing the direction and style I use is in fact entrepreneurial was very helpful. The chapter on accounting was a great potted view of accounting for the real world uncomplicated by jargon, not to deep into detail, very useful indeed.

5 out of 5 stars Social Enterprise for Nonprofits.......2007-04-23

Wonderful source of information on the role of social enterprise or partnership donation alternatives as a way of funding non profits in 2007.

5 out of 5 stars Comprehensive and Quite Useful.......2007-02-07

I found this book to be extraordinarily helpful in outlining how nonprofits can adopt better practices towards creating more sustainable social entrepreneurial models. While my background is in the profit world, it helped me to recognize how my existing knoweldge could be adapted to social entreprenuership. I highly recommend this book. It is well-written, comprehensive in its topics and it contains very useful tips and "how to" material.

5 out of 5 stars A Must Read for those in the Non-Profit Sector.......2001-06-29

As a businessperson with an MBA, I readily identified with and agreed with the advice and strategies presented in this book. For people with a passion to help improve things in a not-so-perfect world, this book is a gift. It provides real life examples and turns theories into step-by-step directions. Each chapter makes good use of subheads and bullet points and ends with a concise summary. The authors have real-life experience working as social entreprenuers and it shows. I highly recommend this book.

        5 out of 5 stars Phenomenal resource.......2001-05-26

This book is destined to become a classic. It is full of such useful information. Not only is the content fantastic but the format is an outstanding feature of the book. I predict many will read it and all of those will value it and refer to it often. Thanks for providing us with such a comprehensive and easy to use resource.
