A great source of useful tips and advise from those who have made it to the top. No wasted time or space here. If you ask the question, "What can I do with..." look no further, the answer is in Tips from the Top. Edie cuts through the confusion most of us feel concerning money issues and gives advice easy to understand and invaluable to any wealth-wise person. I keep it on my dresser for quick reference and read a few tips for my subconscious before retiring. Open the book to any page and start reading to improve your money-consciousness and improve your wealth.

First disclosures: I have only read a few pages so far and I am a contributor to the book.

That said, I feel that Edie Milligan did a wonderful job introducing readers to the world and work of 110 practicing financial advisors accross America. For example, she says; "When you read a traditional personal finance book written by one author you need to sift through the whole chapter to find one or two points that you can use....This book gathers all those punch lines (you know the important stuff) into one place. There's no filler here to make the book look like it says more than it does. Just tip after tip of great advice..." What more could you ask for in obtaining advice but to get it now from the world's top money minds? I enjoyed reading the tips and learning new ideas I can use in the here and now to live an enhanced quality of life. If that's important to you, this book will not only get you thinking, it will get you moving!

If you are new to Kanban, this book is not for you. It only gives a small description on how to run a kanban system.

This study is a description and analysis of the work of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. The discovery of bulk metallic glasses has led to a large increase in the industrial importance of amorphous metals, and this is expected to continue. This book is the first to describe the theoretical physics of amorphous metals, including the important theoretical development of the last 20 years.
The renowned authors stress the universal aspects in their description of the phonon or magnon low-energy excitations in the amorphous metals, e.g. concerning the remarkable consequences of the properties of these excitations for the thermodynamics at low and intermediate temperatures. Tunneling excitations - another universal aspect of amorphous systems and responsible for many of their properties - is also intensively treated. Although the book is focused on analytical approaches, it also describes the numerical calculation of the atomic structure, the electronic excitations, and the itinerant magnetic properties of amorphous metallic alloys, while considering modern applications.

Special attention is being paid to the properties and structure of metallic melts because many metals are produced in the molten state. The composition and structure of the initial phases influence the properties and service characteristics of the solidified material. In particular, quenching of melts produces metallic glasses, i.e. a new type of a valve materials whose structure is close to the structure of initial melts and the service characteristics are sometimes considerably higher than the corresponding characteristics of these metals in crystalline state. It is important to develop efficient methods of experimental examination of the atomic ordering in this material.
