Book was a little more used than described, but hey for the price it couldn't be beat. To bad my sylabus was wrong and the professor changed the edition. Anyhow, seller was excellent. Fast shipping and I would reccommend.
My first accounting book.......2005-02-16
I used this textbook for my first accounting class and it was by far the best. Examples are all spelled out step by step and the numerous exercies and problems contribute to a higher level of understanding. Buy the workbook offered. It will save you a lot of time normally spent setting up the problem. Much better then some of the higher level books I have used.
Fundamental Accounting Principles.......2000-12-12
This text was VERY helpful. The illustrations and examples were enough to explain the topic without havung to read the entire book.. Also the problems given at the end of each section were very good. Some were tough; however, the author starts you out with easy problems and works up to the more difficult ones. This text definitely is a good learning aid.

This book is an indispensible source of straightforward description of qualitative MO theory for any organic, organometallic, coordination, or materials chemist who uses MO theory. As a professor, I use it for my graduate class in inorganic chemistry regularly.
THE must-have book for understanding MOT.......1999-09-26
Yes, this book is out-of-date, if you say. But the whole diagrams and symbols are already placed itself as the canon of this field. If you are an undergraduate chemistry major, you can see much ados about MO in recent texts are truly indebted to this book. You can also feel Hoffmann's friendly approaches. Hwangbo, et al are direct succesor of the spirit of Hoffmann school!

Orbitals forever.......2002-12-12
Molecular orbitals are mathematical constructs rigorously derived from the application of quantum mechanical laws. Their pictorial depiction in term of spheres and lobes, however, has had a tremendous impact on chemistry, especially in the qualitiative interpretation of chemical phenomena. This book represents a testimonial of this fact, showing you applications ranging from pericyclic reactions to organometallics and photochemistry. Chapter 10 is of particular interest for those working on biomolecules since it shows how this powerful theoretical tool can be applied to rationalize the hydrogen bond interaction (of course the examples refer to simple systems and is up to your ability trying to exploit those concepts to disentangle the nature of a given protein-ligand interaction!).
Exercises for each chapter have been clustered in Appendix B, at the end of the book, while Appendix A contains a short derivation of the Hartree-Fock (HF) theory, post-HF methods and density functional theory. The latter appendix, however, could have been either entirely omitted from the book or integrated within chapters 1-15. All in all, this book is worth to be in your bookshelf and, if possibe, complement it with the classical work "Orbital Interactions in Chemistry" (a masterpiece written in 1985) by Albright, Burdett and Whangbo.
