500 páginas de ejercicios sobre diferentes situaciones de Escucha. La mayoria de ejercicios utiles y trasladables a una sesion normal de formacion. Conste que muchos libros de este tipo incluyen ejercicios que me suelen parecer impracticables por su ingenuidad / falta de practicidad / obviedad... No es el caso de este libro. Ejercicios ademas muy bien explicados en su metodologia. Recomendable.

Good overview of the issues.......2002-12-24

This book does a good job of raising and discussing the many issues related to the genetic engineering of animals. Some of the issues discussed are the impacts of genetic engineering on animal welfare as well as the impact on consumers of the products of genetic engineering. The book includes a bibliography as well as a glossary and list of abbreviations.

As the editor and author of "The Wrestling Drill Book," I first want to thank the wrestling community throughout the country for nationwide acceptance of the book. It's a no nonsense, "cut to the chase" book that emphasizes the importance of drill work and perfecting wrestling moves in the neutral, bottom, and top positions. The book fundamentally teaches the science of "memorization," physical memorization of move development in the mat sport.
One hall of fame coach put it bluntly, "If I have to yell at you what to do, it's probably too late. A wrestler must react to situations, not think and then react. The Wrestling Drill Book stresses this doctrine, along with the importance of 'hip position' in all areas of the sport."

Outstanding coaches and wrestlers such as Ed Peery, Craig Turnbull, Pat Pecora, and others give it to you straight, benefitting coaches at all levels. It breaks down drills for movement , Takedowns, Escapes and Reversals, Riding to Pinning, Advanced Pinning, Conditioning, and methods for running Effective Practices.

I am a very tough critic when it comes to martial art and wrestling books and this book blew me away! It contains tons of drills, tactics, and technique details. The book is divided up into 8 chapters. The chapters are as follows:

The book is organized into wrestling drills, games, and conditioning. A "drill finder" makes it easy to select drills for a specific technique being taught. Skill levels from peewee to college are provided as well as drills for folkstyle, freestyle, and greco-roman. Overall this book can provide many new approaches to prevent stale practice sessions. Not a book for an average wrestler, this is a coaches manual.

As a person who has never visited Tenerife, I got this guide to help prepare me for my upcoming trip. I enjoyed all the valuable information about not only the island but also its inhabitants.

The book provides practical information that travelers need to know (i.e.- money conversion, voltage and wattage, etc) and it also provides information on local customs and dress codes that will help travelers become better acquainted with the people of Tenerife.
